Agrumato is the traditional Italian method of pressing citrus fruits with olives to create a delectable zesty olive oil.
Once a year, we co-press a range of fruits with Victorian-grown Frantoio olives to create our Agrumato range. No heat is used at any time during the extraction process, helping to preserve the beautifully fresh flavours and aromas of each fruit. Incredibly versatile in the kitchen, our Agrumato range is a hit with chefs, home cooks and award judges across the country.
