Agrumato is the traditional Italian method of co-pressing citrus fruits together with olives to create a delectable zesty olive oil.
Once a year, we press a range of fruits with Victorian-grown Frantoio olives to create our Agrumato range. No heat is used at any time during the extraction process, helping to preserve the beautifully fresh flavours and aromas of each fruit. Incredibly versatile in the kitchen, our Agrumato range is a hit with chefs, home cooks and award judges across the country.

Lemon Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Mount Zero Lemon Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in the Agrumato style of cold pressing whole lemons and olives together. This combines the fruity olive character with the zest of lemon for delectable results. Savour this limited-release oil with fish, grilled meats and vegetables.

Lime Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mount Zero Lime Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in the Agrumato style of cold-pressing whole limes and (Frantoio) olives together. This combines the fruity olive character with the zest of lime peel and juice for delectable results. Savour this oil with fish, grilled meats and vegetables.

Mandarin Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mount Zero Mandarin Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in the Agrumato style of cold pressing halved mandarins and olives together. This combines the fruity olive character with the zest of mandarin peel for delectable results. Savour this limited-release oil with fish, grilled meats and vegetables.

Yuzu Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This limited-release olive oil is the result of an exciting collaboration with Mountain Yuzu, specialty citrus growers based in North-East Victoria. Whole yuzu fruit and olives are cold-pressed together resulting in an incredibly aromatic and unique flavoured oil.  Particularly delicious paired with raw fish or ceviche, use to dress Japanese-style salads or as a fabulous twist in a olive oil cake recipe!

Chilli Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Unlike many chilli oils which use heat to aid the infusion process, our Chilli Pressed EVOO is made in the traditional Italian 'Agrumato' style, where whole chillies and olives are cold-pressed together. This results in an oil with a beautiful burnished orange hue, along with fresh and crunchy capsicum-like flavours as well as a warming heat that builds slowly. It pairs wonderfully with pasta, grilled seafood, dressings, pizzas and just about anything else!

Bergamot Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our newest addition to the Agrumato EVOO collection, our Bergamot Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by cold pressing bergamot fruit from the foothills of the Victorian Alps and olives together. This combines the fruity olive character with the delicately floral flavours of bergamot orange for a delectable and versatile oil that's perfect in both sweet and savoury applications.
