Please note, all orders under $100 are now subject to an automatically calculated delivery charge for both standard and express delivery. All orders are sent via Australia Post, and all orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping at this stage.

returns policy

As part of our Customer Service commitment, Mount Zero Olives advises our customers to choose their items carefully as Mount Zero Olives doesn't accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong product. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.

You are welcome to a refund or exchange where:

  • the incorrect item(s) are delivered (provided the item(s) have not been opened or tampered with and are in re-saleable condition); or
  • an item is faulty

No refund given, exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in a resalable condition
  • Incorrect orders made by the recipient
  • Once 30 days has passed from shipping date with no contact from the buyer

Gift certificates or vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Defective items

Defective items must be reported by email to info@mountzeroolives.com within three (3) working days of receipt of goods, provide as much information for us to assess correctly, include photos if relevant as they will help our assessment. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund or a credit in the form of a voucher will be offered for future online purchases. 

Incorrect items received

Contact Mount Zero Olives by email at info@mountzeroolives.com within three (3) working days of receipt of goods, providing as much information for us to assess correctly. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund or a credit in the form of a voucher will be offered for future online purchases.

Please do not throw out damaged items until authorisation to do so has been given.
