We're rolling out a range of bulk olive oil dispensers across Melbourne (and beyond), so you can get our same premium extra virgin olive oil without the unnecessary packaging. Just bring a bottle from home, visit one of our participating retailers, and pay by the litre – it's that simple!

how it works
Each dispenser houses a removable 15-litre food-grade, airtight stainless steel tank that we fill with extra virgin olive oil straight from our tanks. These tanks are an extension of a swap-and-go alternative that we have used with our food service customers across Melbourne for close to 2 years now, in an effort to cut down on unnecessary packaging waste.
Just bring in a bottle of any size from home (make sure it's clean and dry on the inside!), and use the tap on the dispenser to fill your bottle. Each dispenser is equipped with a drain to catch spills, as well as a paper towel feed to clean the bottle or your hands, should you get oil on them.
Priced by the litre, our olive oil dispensers allow us to sell our oil without the incurred costs of packaging, making it a much cheaper alternative to packaged oil. This means that we get to pass these savings onto our retail partners, who in turn pass these savings on to you!
