Ingredients
- Fresh Ciabatta Rolls
- Mount Zero Olive Jam
- Shaved Mortadella
- Buffalo Mozzarella, drained and cut into thick slices
- Drizzle of Mount Zero Early Harvest Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Wild Roquette
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
Toast Ciabatta rolls, then spread a generous amount of Olive Jam over the bread.
Making little florets with the mortadella, spread them evenly across the ciabatta, followed by a generous amount of buffalo mozzarella.
Finish with a drizzle of Early Harvest Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a handful of wild roquette.
