mortadella, buffalo mozzarella & olive jam ciabatta

Ingredients

  • Fresh Ciabatta Rolls
  • Mount Zero Olive Jam
  • Shaved Mortadella
  • Buffalo Mozzarella, drained and cut into thick slices
  • Drizzle of Mount Zero Early Harvest Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Wild Roquette
  • Sea Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Toast Ciabatta rolls, then spread a generous amount of Olive Jam over the bread.
  2. Making little florets with the mortadella, spread them evenly across the ciabatta, followed by a generous amount of buffalo mozzarella.
  3. Finish with a drizzle of Early Harvest Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a handful of wild roquette.
