A very delicious dressing made only with three ingredients! 2 tbsp Yuzu Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 tbsp Koji and Co Chickpea Shiro Miso

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Directions
Mix ingredients in a small bowl and use for any kind of leafy salad, avocado, tofu or simmered daikon. Also great with steamed chicken or pork.
