Are you a keen or aspiring olive curer?

With the olive season gearing up, fresh olives have begun to arrive at the Mount Zero HQ in Sunshine West!

If you’ve been to any of our Zero Waste Warehouse Markets, you’ll know that at this time of year, we always put a portion of olives aside for customers who are keen to give olive curing a go at home.

This year, we will be running a reservation system to simplify things. Over the next month, we will be receiving regular deliveries of beautiful Cerignola/Jumbo Kalamata olives, of which we will reserve quantities to customers to collect during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

The reservation process is as follows:

STEP 1.

Call us or send us an email and please include the following information: full name, phone number, email address, and quantity of olives you’d like (in kilograms).

STEP 2.

We’ll pop you down on our reservation list – first come, first served. When we get a fresh delivery of olives, we will put your ordered amount aside for you and notify you that it is ready to collect.

STEP 3.

We will hold your olives for three days to give you time to collect them from our warehouse at 6 Law Court, Sunshine West VIC 3020 during business hours (sadly, we cannot deliver fresh olives). Please remember to bring a suitable container or bucket to to take the olives home.

After three days, the olives will be offered to the next person in line on the reservation list.
