Just shop an eligible subscription product as you normally would on our website. When selecting the product, choose the “Join the Olive Oil Club” option and pick your preferred delivery frequency. Then check out as normal, and you'll receive your Olive Oil Club subscription confirmation email after checkout.

All Mount Zero extra virgin olive oils in 250ml, 500ml, 2L and 15L (where applicable) and table olives in 300g and 2kg jars (where applicable) are eligible for subscription.

If you're on desktop, click the person-shaped icon at the top right of the page and log in with the same email. Follow the instructions, and once you've logged in you'll see a button labelled 'Olive Oil Club Subscription Portal'. Click it, and log in using your email address or Shop Pay login details.

If you're on a smartphone, the login is located at the bottom of the popout menu (the three lines at the top-left of the page).

Absolutely! You can manage your subscription through your personal portal — add new items, remove ones you no longer need, or even include one-off purchases to tack onto your subscription order.

Nope! That's not our style, we want you to have as much flexibility as possible. so there’s no minimum and no commitment. You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time via your subscription portal.

Yes — everything can be updated in your subscription portal whenever you need. Please note, any updates need to be made at least 5 days before your subscription renewal date.

Subscriptions are renewed automatically as per your nominated renewal period, which can be changed, paused or cancelled at any time via your subscription portal. These renewals are automatically charged to the card details on file, however, we'll remind you the day before just in case you've changed your mind.

Please note: All subscription renewals are processed by us every Wednesday, and in most cases will take between 3-5 business days to arrive to you.

Similar to how our regular shipping works, if your subscription order is under $100, it will incur a shipping charge to cover the cost of getting it to you. You can see this charge in your subscription portal under the 'delivery cost' section.

That’s a great idea! While the Club is designed for ongoing deliveries, you can absolutely set up a subscription on behalf of someone else — just enter their shipping details at checkout and send us an email at info@mountzeroolives.com.au with how many billing cycles you'd like to gift them, and we'll handle the rest.
