This June, we’re teaming up with our friends at Antara to celebrate the arrival of our 2025 extra virgin olive oil harvest with a two-part dining series that puts our new season oils front and centre.
Held across two sessions — a dinner on Thursday 12 June and a lunch on Saturday 14 June — this event is all about showcasing these oils at their freshest, straight from the press. Extra virgin olive oil is essentially a fresh-pressed fruit juice, so there’s no better time to enjoy it than right now, at the very start of the season when the flavour and aroma are at their most vibrant.
For this collaboration, Antara’s Head Chef Juan Lantadilla Tapia and his incredible team have crafted two bespoke menus that celebrate the full flavour spectrum of our 2025 range — from the bold intensity of our Early Harvest Picual EVOO to our vibrant citrus-pressed specialty oils. Their soulful, fire-led cooking is the perfect match for our oils, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be partnering with them.
Dishes across the two sessions will spotlight seasonal ingredients and thoughtful, fire-led technique: think wood-roasted chicken with black barley and Cerignola olives, scallops with fermented carrot and Chilli Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and a citrus pavlova finished with Early Harvest Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil ice cream. The Thursday dinner ($110 per person) will offer a more expansive dining experience, while Saturday’s lunch ($70 per person) will have a more casual atmosphere, leaning into Antara’s wood-fired bakery with house flatbreads, trout rosti and more.

After recently taking Juan out to one of our partner groves to experience these new season oils fresh from the press, it’s clear his passion for quality ingredients and bold, seasonal cooking will make this a dining experience to remember.
