Raw Olives

Autumn is here and so are the fresh olives. In the past 2 weeks we received huge Cerignola olives from Mildura for processing as well as beautiful green Manzanilla olives from the South Australian Mallee. This is the first of the new season's harvest that will keep us busy brining and processing for the next 6 to eight weeks. After a short break, we'll move onto ripe varieties like Kalamata. During this time we will have the same fresh olives available for purchase from the factory shop. Want to stay in the loop? The Mount Zero Factory Shop is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm at 6 Law Court, West Sunshine.
