This limited-release olive oil is the result of an exciting collaboration with Mountain Yuzu, specialty citrus growers based in North-East Victoria. Whole yuzu fruit and olives are cold-pressed together resulting in an incredibly aromatic and unique flavoured oil. 

Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil:

Our Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil brings collaboratively sourced Paperbark and red gum from Indigenous Communities in the Northern Territory together with our Frantoio EVOO, resulting in a 100% naturally smoked oil that brings the scent of fire cooking to your kitchen.
