Early Harvest Picual EVOO 2026 Press - 500ml

This is the very first of our season olive oil, picked nearly a month early to maximise its flavour and nutritional content. Made from 100% Picual olives, it's characterised by an intense aroma of tomato vine, Granny Smith apple, mustard greens and spicy horseradish with a robust bitterness that lingers on the palate.

Please note: This is an early harvest oil that is unfiltered and freshly bottled, so you may notice some natural sediment or cloudiness. This is perfectly normal to see in such a fresh olive oil and nothing to worry about.

All Mount Zero Olive Oil is cold-pressed (room temperature) just hours after harvest to maintain premium quality. Similarly, our 100% Australian olive oils come from the first pressing of the olives which is what the term 'extra virgin' refers to.
