So versatile

I tend not to do things by halves so I soaked a huge amount of these overnight. I boiled 2/3 of them to make into hummus and breakfast baked beans. The unboiled 1/3 I made a delicious falafel mix, and too tired to roll them, I pressed the mixture into a cake tin and baked for 45 mins with a drizzle of oil over the top: so good with the hummus!
Very pleased with myself and the quality of the split faba beans.
