product information

These delicious olives are made using the Spanish method of curing, which helps to preserve their lovely green colour. This method of curing also results in a milder, almost sweet flavour and a firm texture that makes them an absolute delight to snack on!

Thank you for the opportunity to try this new approach to olive preparation

Thank you for the opportunity to try this new approach to olive preparation. I really like the flavour. My only comment would be that, compared to what I’m used to, I find the olives a bit hard (tough?) to chew. They are almost a little bit crunchy. However, that may be something one gets used to.

Hi Graham, thanks for your review! Yes, our Cerignola olives do have a bit of crispness to them. This olive variety produces firm fruit, so this is part of their lovely character. They're fantastic on a grazing platter or in a martini for this reason!

Cheers,
The Mount Zero team

Green cerignola olive pouch

My husband eats olives each night. I wanted an Australian olive that is high quality, fresh and tasty for him. The green cerignola olives sold in a pouch are the olives I was looking for. We both eat them.
