We gently smoke Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a mixture of Paperbark strips (Malaleuca), sourced from Indigenous Communities in the Northern Territory, and Red Gum chips, which results in a fragrant oil that brings the scent of slow cooking to your kitchen.
