We've teamed up with our friends at Southern Seagreens to bring our Pink Lake salt together with their sustainable farmed native kelp. It's an all Victorian, small-batch blend that will bring a sublime burst of flavour to your plate.

Southern Seagreens is the coming together of three friends with a shared love for the sea. By combining their skills, they realised they could work with the sun and sea and learn to farm native kelp at Flinders.

Southern Seagreen's primary concern is to grow the most sustainable food they can. Seaweed requires no soil, fresh water or fertilisers. It’s a zero input crop and it's packed with protein and nutrients important for human health. It also improves the marine eco-system as it grows.
