This is a rich and chewy Italian-style panforte made with zesty citrus, sweet figs, and toasted Australian almonds. Perfect for gifting or enjoying with coffee. 

Ingredients: Honey, candied peel (orange, citron & clementine), caster sugar, almond (10.75%), dried fig (6.61%), rice flour, unsalted butter, cornstarch, polenta, vincotto, cocoa, rice paper, lemon zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, white pepper, coriander seeds.
