Our Green Cerignola Olives meet their match in Great Ocean Road's Guvvos Contemporary Dry Gin and Maidenii's Dry Vermouth, with this classic dirty martini recipe from Ann Houlihan, Great Ocean Road Gin's co-founder and distiller.
Ingredients
2-3 Mount Zero Green Cerignola Olives
10ml olive brine
Directions
Pour all ingredients (including olive brine, but not olives)into a cocktail mixing jug, cover with ice and stir until dilution is just right.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with Mount Zero Green Olives in Brine.
