Ingredients
- 70ml Great Ocean Road Guvvos Gin
- 10ml Maidenii Dry Vermouth
- 2-3 Mount Zero Green Cerignola Olives
- 10ml olive brine
Directions
- Pour all ingredients (including olive brine, but not olives)into a cocktail mixing jug, cover with ice and stir until dilution is just right.
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with Mount Zero Green Olives in Brine.
