Our vegan Tagliolini is a ribbon shape, long like Spaghetti but thinner like Tagliatelle. It is a traditional recipe in the Molisa and Piedmont regions of Italy. Our pasta is made with Australian-sourced durum wheat semolina flour.

Island Pasta is produced and handcrafted in small batches directly on the Mornington Peninsula.

They offer homemade vegan and egg pasta, potato gnocchi as well as a variety of incredible tasty sauces. ​All their pasta is made with Australian sourced semolina flour and goes through Bronze Die Extruders.
