The sauce delivers a briny and zesty punch reminiscent of a classic dirty martini.

Ingredients: Australian roma tomatoes (76%), extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic, sugar, chilli, basil, rosemary, lemon, Toolunka Estate naturally fermented olive brine (2%), Archie Rose Vodka (1%), lemon myrtle leaves.

Due to the cooking process, the alcohol is almost cooked out, leaving the botanicals to flavour the sauce.
