Waltanna Foods Pure Golden Rolled Flaxseed is a gluten free and certified organic product grown and manufactured at Waltanna Farms in South-West Victoria, Australia. Our Pure Golden Rolled Flaxseed is high in protein, high in fibre and has proven health benefits with Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 fats essential to life.

 

Rolled flaxseed is a process unique to Waltanna Foods – manufactured on our custom-built machinery. Rolling the flaxseed allows for the outer shell of the seed to be broken, while maintaining maximum nutritional goodness and flavour of the oil membrane within without the need for grinding. 

Serving suggestions:

  • Add to breakfast cereal, smoothies or on top of yoghurt
  • Add to casseroles, stews, pasta sauces or curries
  • Add to bread, protein ball or slice mixtures

Store in a cool, dry place. Best used within 12 weeks of opening.
